Why Vale
Thoughtful guidance for homes across the Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff and wider South Wales.
From first sketch to installation, every decision begins with your home and how you live.
Outdoor living
Every veranda is made to measure, so the price depends on size, roof choice and finishing details. As a guide, most of our installations fall between £8,000 and £25,000. The space planner above gives an instant estimate, and your final price follows a free design consultation and survey.
Glass gives you the clearest view, a quieter space when the rain arrives and the most premium feel. Polycarbonate is lighter on the budget while still keeping you dry. We'll talk through both at your design visit and recommend what suits your home and how you use it.
In most cases a veranda falls under permitted development and no planning permission is needed. If your home is listed, sits in a conservation area, or the design is unusually large, we'll check with your local authority for you and handle the paperwork.
